The Smoky Hill River Festival is a project of the Salina Arts and Humanities Commission, a department of the City of Salina.

This program is presented in part by the Kansas Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, which believes that a great nation deserves great art.

Everything those little hands need to make a masterpiece, all under the big tent, and every bit of it absolutely FREE! One of the Festival’s most celebrated features. New art projects for the 2008 Festival: Crazy Daisies, Make It From Scratch, Pipe Cleaner Bling, and the classic Gum Wrapper Chain.
