The Smoky Hill River Festival is a project of the Salina Arts and Humanities Commission, a department of the City of Salina.

This program is presented in part by the Kansas Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, which believes that a great nation deserves great art.

Oasis – The Festival’s baby station is a quiet place where you can change a wet nappy and give baby a drink in a bit of privacy. We can also give you a hand if you’ve run short of diapers.
