The Smoky Hill River Festival is a project of the Salina Arts and Humanities Commission, a department of the City of Salina.

This program is presented in part by the Kansas Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, which believes that a great nation deserves great art.

Nothing says “I'm having Festival Fun!” more than a colorful little face – you can be a prima donna princess, a brave buccaneer, or a silly old clown – so do it up right!
