Music defines the Smoky Hill River Festival – with a fascinating medley of musical styles. From country, jazz, classical and a cappella to reggae, fusion, blues, and ethnic, the Festival presents an incredible variety of musical groups and styles in a wide variety of venues.
Thursday, 6-10 p.m., Eric Stein Stage
Groovin! It all begins with the amazing Festival Jam – 16 bands of every imaginable musical style, changing every 15 minutes! The Jam showcases regional and local entertainers in a quick-time format building to the dazzling Giant Jam at evening’s end. Food vendors open their booths at 4:00 p.m. with a full menu of Festival fare. Start with the Jam and hang out till Sunday – there’s a lot more ahead! Admission to the Jam is by Festival button.
