The Smoky Hill River Festival is a project of the Salina Arts and Humanities Commission, a department of the City of Salina.

This program is presented in part by the Kansas Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, which believes that a great nation deserves great art.

Salina’s non-profit groups present tried and true games of chance for the bubble-gum bunch. From pop-a-shot to the plinko boards, it’s a bustling bonanza!
