The Smoky Hill River Festival is a project of the Salina Arts and Humanities Commission, a department of the City of Salina.

This program is presented in part by the Kansas Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, which believes that a great nation deserves great art.

Award winning artists from the 2007 Fine Art Show are invited to exhibit works during the month of May at the Salina Country Club. It’s a great opportunity to preview the show and make an early purchase.
