Every year a unique work of art is produced to celebrate the sprit of the river festival.

Salina artists Sandy Wedel and Brad Anderson created the 2011 Festival Print, entitled “Quiet Embrace.” This is the first collaborative print in the history of this annual commissioned limited edition series. The layering or “melting” of the artists’ individual original works resulted in a beautiful digitally created landscape. The artists hope patrons will make their own special connection with the land, the community and the 2011 Smoky Hill River Festival. For a donation of $100 or more to the Festival, you will receive a signed and numbered original.
